If you want to break that gate you have to go to the thing where you can get your vehicle. Get one that has an explosive blast to it then you can blast the gate down and it should unlock the Separatists Assault Menu.

I'm on the same boat. I have all the Minikits, characters, Red Bricks, completed all Bounty Hunter missions, true Jedi on all levels, and have most vehicles.

I'm left with 3 achievements.

Impressive, most impressive
Viceroy of the fleet
Stealth Wealth

Also, there's a shiny silver gate on The Black Hand which is guarding one of those computer panel thingies where you go to play levels and switch characters. I don't know how to destroy it.

Separatists Assault Menu still locked

When I cycle through the systems, this is what it shows (under Republic Assault):

RYLOTH-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
MALASTARE-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
RUGOSA-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
NABOO-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
RISHI MOON-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
MARIDUN-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
GEONOSIS-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
CHRISTOPHSIS-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
SALEUCAMI-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
FLORRUM-->LOCKED-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
QUELL-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
CORUSCANT-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
VASSEK-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
DEAD MOON OF ANTAR-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED
RUUSAN MOON-->REPUBLIC CONTROLLED

The other assault menu is still locked and I don't understand how to unlock it. I am also missing two vehicles from either side, as well as Grand Moff Tarkin.
I have all red bricks, 93 of 130 gold bricks, true jedi for every mission, all minikits, and all bounty hunter missions are complete. I am not sure what I missed, or where.
