ah yes ive had that problem and i experience the same problem now and i think i can help you should first try to use the local gameplay (LAN) if this does not work then this could mean that either your computer does not have the ability to comprehend it any longer like mine or with what compines have done in the past is that they will shut down the online gameplay since they do not get enough people they purely shut down online gameplay leaving only local for close friends nearby that all enjoy the game. As i have seen this question alot it may be that. EA actually did tha with the lord of the rings conquest. in other words the online play has more than likely been compleatly shut down or they r doing matience....... for a long long time. sry i hoped i at least cleared up the answer.
