I purchased a copy of The Force Unleashed (not the Sith Edition) about a year ago and finally decided to purchase the Hoth and Tatooine DLC's through X-Box live marketplace. When I finished downloading these DLC's they didn't show up on in game options screen, and the option to "play game" which appears on the X-Box live marketplace screen was grayed out. I called X-Box customer support to try and resolve the problem and I went through EVERY possible option to fix this. I spent 7 hours on the phone with X-Box support over two days.
I erased my cache, deleted and downloaded the DLCs several times, tried a gamertag recovery, etc. I tried calling Lucasarts only to be put on the infinite phone cycle of death (press 1 for english pressed 1... press 1 for english.... pressed 1.... press 1 for english). The support techs at X-Box tried to send me to tech specialists several times, but since Force Unleashed is not a Microsoft published game they don't support bad files or tech. Now my options are try and contact Lucasarts again, or get a refund, which is less than preferable in my opinion.
Can anyone help me figure this out? I just want to play the DLCs.
