Phantom Menace is a pretty old game. I would try running it in 32 bit compatibility mode, as I'm not sure it was ever intended to run on 64 bit machines.

I'm trying to play phantom menace for pc on my windows 7, but when I change compatibilty it says something about 32bit or 64 bit. Any suggestions?
