After researching online, submitting a tech support email, and posting on this message board, I couldn't find a solution. No one emailed me back, this help on this forum is too slow, and there was no real help anywhere else online.
I ended up returning the game. I'll never buy another lucas arts game for PC ever again.
I bought this game 2 days ago and installed it. I can get it to play the intro, go through the options, and get through the scrawl. However, when it tries to actually start the game, it crashes and gives me this message. I meet the system requirements, and I have Windows Vista Service Pack 2. I am so frustrated by this game that I will probably never buy another one.
