Silver has all the functionality of Gold except you can't play multiplayer in games. I dunno about the 1 week waiting limit, but you can definitely download stuff like demos.

I think that is only for hyped game demos, I know it did it for Bioshock, because I had gold and wouldn't let me download because I was 16 and my brother account couldn't download it because he had silver

listen when its there you will see if you can use silver to get it or not so please stop talking about that...

This is rediculous. It's clear that everyone wants to play the demo. LucasArts obviously knows when it's going to be put out on XBL and PSN. Now fine they don't want to put it out this week, but the least they could do is just give us a freaking date. I mean I know there are people on these forums that check everyday to get the news. We woulden't have to check if they would just say it will be released on this date then we could just go download it. Also if you already have the demo done why do we have to wait. All I'm saying is just tell us when the damn thing's coming out.

Every source we have seen confirms the demo is going to come out this week. So I'm not buying that it isn't coming out this week just because a "VIP" says it isn't. We'll just have to wait and see.

You guys do know that the purple star/VIP thing, means that the member works for LucasArts, right? I think he'd know.

and no one confirmed the demo for this week. I saw the X-Play thing a while ago and when it was first mentioned, no one said anything about a demo. People just assumed that because they'd preview TFU and because it was near the release of the Clone Wars movie and almost a month before the US release of the game, that the demo would be released at the same day.

EDIT: MAYBE we'll find out the release date for the demo during the show, but that's all.

Can you tell as why you haven't revealed the date for it though? Is it because you don't know yet? Do you think the date will be announced during X-Play?

And another question...Haden Blackman said that the end of the demo will feature a new enemy so players can see what it feels like fighting a bigger unit. Is this new enemy before Kota, or after Kota. I mena, do we get to fight Kota in the demo.

Why? What gave you that idea? I first saw the X-Play thing at the Xbox forums. He saw what they said. He said that they'll have a first hand look at the demo. It was then speculated that since they'd have a first hand look at the demo, that it would have been released the same day. It was only that. Speculation.

What the guy from that playstation site posted was wrong. That X-Play preview mentioned the demo, but not that it was going to be released on Thursday, just that they'd preview it.

There's no proof that it's going to be released this Thursday and if you choose to believe some guys speculation over that of a member of the LucasArts team, then LOL. You're only going to get dissapointed this Thursday.
