Hello people,

i recently found and bought the xwing collectors cd (with the xwing vs tie graphics engine)

But i am missing some parts of the xwing game , like when you enter a mission you can select your pilots and put them in the other craft, and also the hanger screen when r2 is loaded in your xwing before you take off.

That's OK, this is normal with pilots selection screen. It has been removed. I suspect it's the same with the R2 cutscene but I'm not sure - it's been a while since I played the game.

You could find the DOS CD (which was called the "X-Wing Collectors' CD" also, while the version you're referencing is often called the "X-Wing Collectors' Series" {because it's bundled with Windows TIE Fighter and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter: Flight School}) on Ebay or Amazon.com, but it won't run on Windows 2000 or XP without emulation.
