I don't why spark can't tell us if their previous sequels were fps. I asked them if the previous sequels were fps and they said they couldn't tell us that. But a few months ago I asked them if the game was also going to be fps, and they said according to the description, I must assume is a fps.

I tweeted Spark yesterday(or day before)asking if the current project was a Sci-Fi shooter,because i could not remember if i had read it somewhere(which was another discussion i was having on Battlefield3.net),Spark replied to me-you can see it on their twitter-saying that they did not say it was a Sci-Fi shooter...however 'Thomas' on battlefield 3.net had pointed out the Senior Combat Designer's job says a 3rd person action adventure sequel in a high profile science fiction franchise..and then later says 3rd person action shooter
i tweeted back to Spark,and they replied
Or I forgot to put it in. In any case, the project in production is a "Science Fiction..."

They're not going to cancel the game because people try to get Spark to hint that their game is BF3. That's absurd.
Anyway...The VGAs are on Dec. 10 and they've already started announcing and hinting at the exclusive reveals that will be at the show. So far they've said we'll get a new Alan Wake game and a new BioWare game. They're going to reveal more in the next few weeks. Hopefully a new Star Wars game is one of them.
Anyone with twitter can ask Geoff Keighley (VGAs host) on twitter @geoffkeighley if there's going to be a new Star Wars game reveal. I've already asked, but if many of us do, there's a better chance he'll reply.

I've thought about this too and yes it could be a consequence but would LucasArts want to stop this project again? Because there is a lot of money in this project since Free Radical. And no one knows if lucasarts is really working on this. But then why LA never said it's cancelled? And why they are so long quiet about this game? Okay now the old republic needs to come out but then something new has to come out. And this game has to be Battlefront III. Everyone does expect this.
LucasArts knows that the most SW fans want this game and they know that it's their main source of income.
So they will never cancel it and I bet Battlefront III would beat the old republic in millions.
Keep your finger crossed for Battlefront III and pray LA is not doing another mistake with a new force unleash. That would suck a lot .....
If you don't believe me then it's your problem. :P

Aha... So they are going to call the game "Star Wars Battlefront 4" so that they can say that they are not making Star Wars Battlefront 3, right? Or they're just skiping SWBF3 randomly lol.

LucasArts, I'm not sure why it's taking so long to come out with Battlefront 3, maybe its just going to be a perfect amazing game, but seriously i hope this game makes it to the xbox 360 and ps3. If it's only on computer then your just losing a ton of money. Hopefully, we can do the space to land transaction that the sneak peek showed us, I would also like to see more heroes such as my username(Plo Koon). I hope there is a good campaign to the game and I would like to see the galactic conquest mode more extended as I thought it was too short. I liked the set up of the Battlefront 2 galatic conquest but I'm sure if anyone can make it better, you guys can. Thanks for listening.

there could be another reason,and that being that they just didn't realise they were putting those words in to an effect of quoting star wars battlefront,but that is not very likely,especially how many tweets/emails they get asking is it Star Wars Battlefront III
so innocent wording?

okay,unless they are ********* with us....then it can no longer be any doubt with them using that phrase and the word 'Front' now and then
however,i have a bit of a feeling that they are ********* with us,because surely the publisher would not be wanting them dropping such a blatant hint like this?
maybe,hopefully i am just being over cautious
Maybe LucasArts said "K so people are starting to guess that it might be it, but others are thinking it might be Star Trek. Start dropping tiny hints that will start making people excited for our game, letting them know it's most likely ours".
