I have Win 7 Pro 32 bit
Graphics and monitor drivers are up to date monitor is at 60hz

tried running compatiblity mode and in adminastator mode - didn't work

also tried the fixes that poeple have posted (before AND AFTER reinstalling it) and nothing worked
