Did you reload it after you fought revan or before?

Update: It seems that the final discussion with Kreia did not trigger. I had to reload a couple of times before it would trigger.

After completing everything and finding Ludo Kressh's corpse, I am unable to leave the area. All doors are locked, I have explored the entire area multiple times. I cannot, however, leave this damned place.
