You've either done something extremely wrong or incredibly right as a director when about 80.000 people on twitter all tweet that they're "not going to rewatch the episode until the next one comes out, can't handle it again **cries**". (Had a good laugh over those tweets.)

Oh, did I mention, this writers block is going to kill me someday? I can hear it plotting! Forget the zombie apocalypse, this is much more irritating!

Don't have the money to pre-order anything. Hell, I've yet to pick up my pre-ordered Gears Of War 3.

I'll be playing Ghost Recon on PC, anyway. And since it says UBISOFT on the box, it'll be the Skidrow version. I refuse to pay 80 euros for a DRM that maybe lets me play the game if I'm very lucky.

Bioware is obviously going to announce a delay in the DLC release, now that they need to think of something new..

Is there anyone else like me (on a first playthrough) who is refusing to play to the end of Mass Effect 3 until the extended cut is released?

I've never had problems with the bank i'm a cutomer of. Not even during the crisis. So I can't speak for wether or not banks are worse.

Well, in terms of customer service, over here the NS (national railway service) is definatelly the worst company. They literaly said "Customer Information is not our job". The trains are never on time, provided they even ride at all. The second there is a snowflake or a bit of wind, they cancel 80% of the trains and flat out refuse to tell anyone about it. Anything that deviates from the original schedule is not reported to the travellers. They recently removed all toilets from the trains. (That's fun on a 4 hour journey...) Wages are rockbottom while workhours are immense. Prices are ridiculously high and refunds are a no-no.

They're the epitomy of a dutch company. Make as much money in as short a time as possibly with minimal effort. -.-

between a bank and a game company I'm not sure who was worse I'm not a bank of america customer but some of the games I own from EA I enjoy their game's, it may be blindness to whats really going on but I have moved on from video games slightly. It seems the Bachmann Model Railroad company aong with the various others have caught my attention

The EA master server is incapable of functioning properly. It couldn't years ago, and it still can't. They had 4 years to fix the constant loss of score progress, unlocks and accounts in BF2142. BF3 has the exact same problem. That probably contributed.

The award isn't for "the company that f*cks up the world the most". I wish people would shut up about all that 'Eco' and 'Green' and 'Environmentally Responsible' and 'Considerate of the Future' rubbish. (Blame this response on a ridiculous discussion about how we shoudl only buy'BioCotton' clothing. Just ignore it, really.) The award is for the company with the worst service, lies to customers the most and doesn't follow up on its promises.

Frankly I think the award for Worst Company in America should have gone to Ubisoft for their constantly failing DRM, which make their games unplayable unless you pirate it... Which they just keep recycling.... Again, and again, and again.

However, Ubisoft is French. Which explains a lot. :p

Not sure why you keep igonoring the fact that I have no prob with your opinion but I don't like the way you called me stupid. And you're the one who mentioned this again. Not me.

Yes I know people play games to escape reality but I still don't see what's the big deal with one game screwed up. EA's ME3 is not the first and won't be the last to dissapoint it's customers. So it's better just move on than wasting time in FTC.

And I can see it's about the lack of different endings depending on options. You mentioned that earlier. But ofcuase those 80 bucks ain't just for the ending. But for the whole game itself including the rest of the story, characters, gameplay etc. Now a bigger problem is when you give false advertising to a video game and make people excited and then give away a chep knock which have a very short story, no real improvemnts and have none of the those cool TV spots they advertised. **looks at Lucasarts**

And how actually does giving money to a chairity becuase of a game ending gonna make EA look bad?

I admit that the game ending is a big dissapinment. But I don't see why people should go to FTC for such small matter, or vote EA as the worst company in America when there're worse companies that are big problem to real life.

Spectacular display of utterly missing the point. Would stickfigures help? (Oh for god's sake, are you seriously going to go about throwing another tantrum?)

Ah. Yes we have something similar, although you have to be a paying member to report things. (It's the Netherlands, there's no such thing as 'for free' here...)

Why do people play games? To escape real life and its problems. So yes, people overreact when their escape method gets ruined and starts to resemble their own messed up life in which you don't have a choice.

They promised everyone a choice in endings, that their input would be used and that everyone got an ending based on their choices. People would happily accept a sad ending, it's not about that. It's about the fact that Bioware lied to us, gave us everything they said they wouldn't, and charged us 80 bucks for it. Can you see it now? Or should I perhaps put it in internet terms? They trolled everyone. Does that make more sense?

It's not about EA caring for missed income. It's about publicity. Now I know not everyone is well and up on business models and PR and the perils of bad publicity, but everyone should be able to at least understand that telling a charity fund which gathered 70.000 dollar in 5 days for children in hospitals where to stick it is going to make them look like heartless bastards. And that is even worse publicity than being 'the worst company in america'.

Well, people are idiots. It's just that simple. That they didn't read before clicking donate is their problem.

Oh for duck's sake not this again; How many times do I have to tell you, I have no problem with your opinions about Clone Wars, what I don't like was just calling stupid for my opinions. Which part of that sentence can't. you. u-n-d-e-r-s-t-a-n-d?

FTC mean Federal Trade commision. I think I'm gonna go there too to report about I didn't got suace with the hot dog I bough from a cafe`. :p

When I say "real world problems" I didn't just meant economics and political stuff. But also about problems about personal life. I can give you excamples but this post is too small to tell them all. Is anyone here only have problems with video games and life is perfect? Doubt it.

I DID look in to Child's play. If the money you saved to buy Mass Effect 3 went to a charity that would be a big problem to EA. But everyone ALREADY bought the game. Will EA actually care about people spend thier mony on a charity just to protest? And I'm very dissapointed people actually spend money to a charity just so that they can have an ending for a damm game. And believe me or not some people who misunderstood it as the money goes to CREATING a better ending actually asked for refunds. Refund; from a charity for childern.
