They are actually no reports of what will come on this years E3. Not even any real rumors.
Kinect is released, so it will not be there. But if Lucasarts, and mayby Bioware will attend, hopefully they have more to tell then how they will expand TOR.

Definitely getting a bit tired of the alienation of serious Star Wars gamers, i get that the franchise as a whole greatly caters to kids, i mean it has a lot of lightheartedness and kid friendly aspects and I am not against that, i take it all in good measure...Pit Droids can be great fun and nice to see that re-released for iOS but when all LucasArts seems to be pumping out these days are Lego themed games and things like this new Kinect one which is completely uninteresting... you just have to wonder what they're up to?

Alright so there's The Old Republic that just came out and I'd give that a shot but MANY of us do not want to spend 60 bucks initially for some software and THEN have to continue to dish out money we probably don't have for it in order to keep playing month after month or how ever many months in advance that you'd like to pay for, I've just never believed in that logic no matter if it supports all their "updates" and server bills or not and these days there's enough of our own bills and things to pay for, it'd be a lot more plausible to manage something that you don't have to subscribe to.

Also the Clone Wars TV show while i love the series and watch it every Friday that it's on, with all due respect the games that have come out in it's style have just been so abysmal i mean like Clone Wars Republic Heroes.... seriously?........

The Force Unleashed is about the only hope there seems to be left of anything for serious gamers at the present moment and even then the sequel was quite disappointing.. not for it's story or characters really or even gameplay, i enjoyed all of that but it felt more like an expansion pack then a fully fledged sequel since it was so short and it shouldn't have been sold at full price when it first came out but now it's been since October 2010 now and it's pretty much a bargain binner, i guess there was about a full year in between the release years.. if the first came out in fall 2008 but looking at the way things are right now..it's February 2012 and there's been no word about continuing it unless they've been working on a 3rd game in secret and are taking a lot more time on it.

So much potential in existing lines of games, we've got the shooters in first and third person perspectives Dark Forces/Jedi Knight, Battlefront and Republic Commando. We've got a good RPG series in Knights of the Old Republic (where's our proper 3rd?), a fantastic real-time strategy (RTS) entry Empire at War and it's expansion, Rogue Squadron a brilliant and fun arcade style air combat series.

What about some new space simulators like the old X-wing vs. Tie Fighter? that'd be a welcomed resurgence of Star Wars games and a huge change as of late. Why aren't they interested in any of these anymore?

Revisiting something like that Bounty Hunter one would be cool, obviously that wasn't the greatest game in comparison with the aforementioned but it was definitely a fantastic idea and would deserve better execution.

What ever they're up to i hope the LEGO stuff isn't all we have to look forward to in the next couple of years or that will just simply suck.....

I wonder what happened to starwars battlefront III? Anyone know whos making it and if their a EA partner i might wiggle room in and get to test it. Anyone have any information becuase i dont want to start a new thread with similar content with this being at the top of the list.

Well, at least they signed an Unreal Engine 3 Licensing Agreement. But in Paul Meegans shoes I would have decided to finish all the cliffhanger games with a decend sequel first and also tried listen to the fan base as to what they really want. After that he still could've severed all the ties to the other game developers in order to try and make LucasArts self-dependent.

And after that LucasArts could start to make some good and most importantly finished and polished games as an self-dependent game developer in order to earn some profit and most importantly regain peoples trust.

i wish someone that could actually do something for us the fan base of lucas games could BIG SLAP in the face to lucasarts whole crew! they dont even care about us anymore XD seriously speaking this is the worst thing that a company could ever do to the fans. practically ignore us and dont care about their own company either, seriously what a waste of time.. been waiting for some quality game i dont even care if it has to be some new star wars game or unknow character i just want a game with quality! not a game in which all they care about is leeching our money out.

God please Bless lucasarts and give them a reality check now !
