Technically speaking, as long as you do not earn money from it and you
use royalty-free images, you can't get into trouble. For instance, using
the images from Wikipedia(make a disclaimer page!) or self-taken
screenshots will not get you a copyright issue. Mentioning you do not
own anything nor are affiliated with is indeed also a good idea.

Sites like IGN, Gametoast, Filefront and thousands of gaming clans also
use images and tekst from official sources without licenses. As far as I
am aware, none have been charged.

The only problem you might get is with the url, depending on how close the exact url is to an existing one.

Webdesign with images from companies is always a tricky thing, Which is why we ususally use self-made images.

Unfortunately, LucasArts does not have a public email address for the general public, nor do they peruse the forums with any regularity. The only way I know of to contact them is through snail mail:

I love Lego Star Wars III, so I had my dad register that domain for me so I can make a walk through on it, a free one. it will be a free website, my dad says I have to get permission though to use the lego and star wars images on it because he does not want any legal trouble.

He told me to ask for permission if we put statements on the header that we are not affiliated or partnered with in any shape or form or something like that.

who can he or I talk to to see if we can do that?
I already got the domain name, in my dads name and he hosted it now he said I have to do the web design stuff, but have to get your permission first.

so I am waiting. please let me know who to speak with or if we would get into trouble or whatever.

thank you so much
