Hi:

I tried the workaround suggested by Star_Ranger4, but it did not work.

When you get into this state, the ONLY thing I found to get me out of this was to get the Exploding Blaster Bolts Power Brick (Brick #11 from Gunship Cavalry - Episode II, Part 5).

Once you have this, turn it on in Story Mode, then you can shoot the big doors a few times and they come tumbling down.

The good thing about this is that you had to have already completed Gunship Cavalry to get here, so you definitely have access to the Power Brick...

This was TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!!

I have, fortunaly found a workaround.

you have to chase the spy through the LOWER door, and all the way along till you SEE the gates slam shut. Then you can go back and the block will remain visible.

I just ran into the same... undocumented feature. I tried emailing customer support only to get a snooty "thats a gameplay issue, not a tech support issue".

Hello? If a bug report isnt tech support, WHAT THE HOEK IS?

Problem in Mos Eisley

I really love playing The Complete Saga and have completed all Episodes but Episode IV. The problem here is, that there seems to be a bug in chapter 3, Mos Eisley Spaceport. When the Level is almost complete, this imperial spy disappeares behind this door and I KNOW that I am supposed to throw a certain block with yellow and black stripes down, move it to the door and blast it (and the door with it). Do you remember the place?

However, whenever the brave Han Solo or his faithful companion tries to do so, the block just disappears when shoved over the ledge.

Has anyone an idea how to fix this or an alternative way to open that bloody door? Or a savegame of just the first three chapters of Episode IV? Would be great!!
