help I have 994,820 coins and i see no other coins except when i am pulling the cart there are two coins up in the sky but i cant get them, and they dissapear when i am not pulling the car! Help! also on the battle of the bridge i can seem to get the last treasure chest and i even have the green arrows pointing to its location but its jhust not there!
