You have to get a 'bomb' from the bomb machine (it will have arrows pointing to it as you get close). Press Z and you will pick up a bomb. Fly down to the towers (you have to wait for the orange energy streaks to go off or they will knock you out, but they pause frequently). Release the bomb (Z again) on a tower and it will be taken out. Go get another bomb and repeat. Good luck!

My son and I can't figure out how to get our gunship past the blue-ish force field. Shooting the towers seems to have no effect, and we can't get over or around it.
