By the way pc gamers pay alot more for their hardware than any console. Pc gamers are alot more wealthy than console players too. they spend more time on their hradware and soft ware. There is huge cumunties around one software game. There is huge communties that do mods. Un like the console that had a game crash!

pc gamers have been buy top of the line games and hardware for years!

that is the very reason crysis is doing do well with pc gamers!

This is exactly the sort of the game I prefer playing on PC, more so than The Force Unleashed (another LucasArts game not coming to PC). So I would rather wait in vain for a PC version that will never materialise than waste my time with a console version that I would not enjoy playing.

As I said before: no PC version, no purchase.

As for console games with mouse and keyboard support, that kind of set up needs a desk to be used properly - even the ill-fated Phantom's Lapboard looked terrible to use. I think the next generation of systems will adopt pointing devices like the Wii's remote instead. Whilst still inferior to the mouse, it is better suited to the pick-up-and-play convenience associated with console gaming.

For the record, I would like keyboard and mouse to become standard on consoles, but I would move them to my desk alongside my PC - not everyone is going to want to do that.

would all you babies stop crying and just go buy a bloody 360. Lets face it if you where as big of a "gamer" as most of you claim to be you would already have one console or more anyway.
Yes I agree with many games Id rather play them on a PC. Especially FPS. I can aim better wiht a mouse than I can using a joystick. The funny thing is the way consoles are progressing the Next versions will be a full blown computer with keyboard mouse and a more robust OS that runs even more of your Multimedi. Probably even have connections for your cable, and act as a DVR.
Besides wait long enough and most stuff eventually gets ported over to PC. But if you want to play it when its released instead of waiting 3 years. get a console and stop crying like someone just stole your cabagepatch doll.

Not to be off topic but i just had to be poster 100. =P
I agree, this would be a good game for PC like windows 7.(Codename:BLACKBOMB) But when it comes to the end, I have to say, whatever gets it out fastest for PS3. (No offense)

I hate to break the news to you but PC gaming is
becoming a thing of the past. Consoles are easier to
program for and there are no piracy issues like there
are in PC games. Why should companies continue to
lose thousands of dollars to piracy when they can
just create games for consoles and not have to worry
about that. I'm sorry but as a former PC gamer I saw
this coming 3 years ago which is one of the reasons I
switched to consoles. It is time for you PC gamers to
embrace the dark side and join us as we rule the
gaming galaxy.

No Piracy issues?? You are misinformed. I know a few people with modded consoles and free console games. It's harder to do, but there is console piracy.

In order for me to become an expert and the best player on every game that I enjoy playing, I like to have each game available on as many platforms as possible. While I am good enough on each platform to master every game, I like to have the opportunity to choose the platform that I will master a game on a per title basis.

_*This is ridiculous. No PC Version? How lousy is
it that LucasArts abandons the very community that
backed them from the beginning. I won't be purchasing
any Lucas Arts products, and I will make sure to tell
the rest of the PC gaming community about this latest
move.

I urge all of you to spread the word around on
various gaming boards to let Lucas Arts know that
they're going to get bad publicity from this one.
Let's start off by contacting the various Magazine
publications and call for a boycott on all LucasArts
products for one. How they can turn their back on PC
Gamers is beyond me, as they are the ones who will
loose money.

What a disgrace. *_

When I first got wind of the WII I thought,
IMMEDIATELY, about how fun an FPS would be on such an
interactive system. The WII comes out and there are
only a handful of FPS games out. The PC is the base
for EVERY console and every game that comes out for
PC is generally better then the console version of
the same game. PC games can be played with console
control pads via USB hookup. I have a very hard time
believing that Fracture is only playable on 360 and
PS3 because they are superior. There is NO way that
they can best a decent gaming computer. PC and WII
are more popular and profitable anyway. TFU is coming
out on the DS!!! How can that be better than a gaming
computer??!!? And how is Fracture more demanding
graphically or whatever else than TFU? Lucas Arts
will die if they follow this path.

the ds psp wii and ps2 versions are gonna suck because they have ****** graphics and none of the physics engines.

I agree, building your own computer is not only
cheaper, but you know the exact capabilities of your
system. And as far as LA going downhill, you are
absolutely right. there more recent games SUCK!

i know this post is old but, if you hate lucasart's games why the hell are you on their website? besides you can get a xbox 360 arcade for 275 and a xbox 360 premium for 350 and you can get the regular ps3 for 500 and the other one for 500. it costs a shitload of money to get a pc. my pc is a laptop that cost around 800 and if you try to play a recent game on it, the grahics and sound are crap. you have to spend like 2000 dollers to get the computer plus the moniter plus the soundcard and the graphics card and the controller and the game.

Yes but our point is, this and force unleashed are their biggest games since BF2.

Why wouldn't you want to have the community that helped you get where you are have the ability to play these games.

They are not proof, they came out one or more
years
ago, before LA became PC haters. Not ONE new
game
is
being put out for the PC. BF- Renegade Squadron
(PSP)
The Force Unleashed (Everything BUT PC) Fracture
(X-360, PS3) Indiana Jones (X-360, PS3) In all
of
those is even one of them for PC? No. You don't
see
an EaW expansion or sequel announced or even
hinted
at do you? Battlefront 3 might not be for PC and
I
wouldn't be surprised if EaW became 360
exclusive.
We've argued that it's unfair for a long time
now.
Instead of re-proving it to you, I recommend you
read
through the NO PC topics in all of the above
game
forums.

Thrillville 2 anyone?

Tss, how could you forget such an original, excellent
game....whahahahahahaha. You're almost better of with
nothing.

My point was Lucasarts has not left the PC market entirely, and no I do not like Thrillville either.

"Thrillville 2 anyone?"

Ok, they haven't been making any ACTION games for PC. I know nothing but very basic info about Thrillville...

Because us PC users got used to being treated like
valued customers by Lucasarts in the 1990s and not
like the castoff rejects we are now.

and now its the console players' turn to feel valued :)

Now that consoles are getting the ability to
connect
to the internet they are basically smaller cheaper
PCs.

That have the graphics of a computer with Geforce 7900 graphics card. So its a lot cheaper than a computer, if you just want to play games.

That can't do anything except play games, music and
movies.

Your forgetting that the PS3 can surf the web and use RSS feeds, etc. Of course a PC has way more, but still, consoles do a lot more then just those things you mentioned.

...seems to me they're only on
console.

Ya they are just working on the consoles. I know that sucks for PC players, and i feel bad for you guys.
